Nordic Semiconductor SDK versions 11 and newer work with our BMD-300, BMD-301 and BMD-350 modules. The BMD-330 and BMD-340 require SDK 14 or newer. Use of the latest SDK version is recommended.
When using the Rigado Eval boards, please cross-reference to the Nordic DK boards as follows:
BMD-300 (nRF52832) BMD-300-EVAL PCA10040
BMD-301 (nRF52832) BMD-301-EVAL PCA10040
BMD-350 (nRF52832) BMD-350-EVAL PCA10040
BMD-330 (nRF52810) BMD-300-EVAL PCA10040e if available, otherwise PCA10040
BMD-340 (nRF52840) BMD-340-EVAL PCA10056
Download the SDK zip file (latest at the time of publishing this article - http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/nRF5_SDK_v15.x.x/nRF5_SDK_15.0.0_a53641a.zip) and extract it to a convenient location not too far off of your root directory, then go into the examples directory. There you'll find the project files for SEGGER Embedded Studio (primary), Keil, IAR and GCC project files that you should be able to open directly with the respective IDEs.
Be sure to keep the directory structure intact since all of the project files reference it in this manner (e.g. `../../../../../components/somefile`). When creating a new project, it may be best to start with a freshly downloaded SDK zip file and delete the examples you don't need to keep everything else in place.
One other note, Nordic has partnered with Segger to provide a free no-code-limit license to Segger Embedded Studio (the `ses` directory above). They have some great training videos to help get everything setup.
